From melody-driven tracks "Light Years" and "Turning Away", through the crushing dynamics of "Falling Down" and "Zero Hour", the cinematic instrumental "Re-Engineering the Mind" and bookended by the progressive epics "The Space Between Lives" and the title track, Deep Horizon makes a strong artistic statement where progressive metal and modern rock converge.
