Welcome to the realm of graphic artist, recording musician, Dr. Pepper enthusiast and allroundniceguyâ„¢, Scott Mosher... necessarily in that order. I also operate the creative arts mothership known as Ambient - an independent graphic design and personal music studio. When I'm feeling particularly productive, it is in these hallowed halls where I generate the mellifluous sounds that I capture on CD, hopefully for your listening pleasure. Additionally, I also distribute my music (on CD or digitally) via the Ambient music label - entirely self-financed and independently operated like a fine-tuned and well-oiled machine. To confuse matters even more (and confound random government institutions) I also have invested a significant amount of time in the glorious endeavor of modern industrial photography, something that may or may not embellish my other creative exploits.

ABOUT THE MUSIC: As a musician/composer who's been plying his trade in the realm of sonic servitude for, well... quite a number of years. I've had the opportunity to release 5 CD's of experimental, progressive music that runs the gamut from tranquil, atmospheric soundscapes to dynamic, pop-influenced hard rock to crushing heavy progressive metal. 4 of the CD's have been released eponymously, and the 5th (and newest) has been released under the band name Oceans of Night. You'll notice a distinct musical evolution (and hopefully a marked improvement) of the course of my musical career - one that wasn't planned insomuch as stumbled upon in the darkness of night and under the influence of (surprise!) Dr. Pepper.

ABOUT OTHER MUSIC: I've also had the opportunity to make some guest musical appearances here and there and elsewhere. My funky friend, Bryant Wilder (who is also a design client of mine, not to mention a damn fine bassist and songwriter) released his first CD of gospel-tinged jazz-fusion-funk featured yours truly on guitar on a little ditty entitled "Fuhzzy Wahzzy Wuz a Bass." I've also played some bass guitar on Chris Rifkin's debut F5 CD, Dawn of a New Age on the track "Eye of the Storm" and performed the fade-out guitar solo as well. On Rifkin's new Halcyon F5 project(s) I did a little guitar solo trade-off on the (unreleased) cover version of classic Rush song, "Analog Kid" and was forced at sharpened guitar headstock point to lay down a solo on his version of the Sade song "Cherish." All in all, I've had the opportunity to be a musical part of some really cool projects, and I look forward to doing more "guest appearances"... it kinda makes me feel all warm inside and ALMOST like a real musician.

ABOUT OTHER THINGS: Although I've never appeared on the Arsenio Hall Show, won a Grammy Award, graced the cover of Rolling Stone magazine or been involved in a corporate embezzlement scheme, I continue to ply my trade(s) with determination. A healthy dose of creative inspiration, when combined with a touch of secretive productivity and a dash of ambition, keeps the wheels turning. A great set of Ginsu knives and the aforementioned Dr. Pepper helps as well. For all the emphasis I place upon my art as a hybrid of styles, ideals and emotions, I try to let my music stand as a personal artistic statement - and it fits all head sizes.

By the way, I just thought I'd mention through the philanthropical nature of yours truly (and the generous contributions of my alter-ego) ALL of my music is available for FREE download in the music section. Yes, that's right, ALL of the music from my CD's is available for FREE. I thought I mentioned that previously, perhaps a antecedent sentence, but incase you missed it again, ALL MUSIC IS FREE. And you thought no one gave shit away for free anymore... christmas comes early here, folks. Of course, if you are feeling generous, enthusiastic or even guilty, you can always donate funds to me and I won't contact any governmental authorities OR your parents. Better yet, feel free (there's that darn word again! Free! When does it end?) to purchase the full-length CD's. You get the full-color booklet, lyrics, liner notes, higher sound quality audio and the tangible product. It looks great next to your Bee Gees CD's or your Weird Al Yankovic collection. Thanks!
